Obituary of Cyril Douglas Dawe

DAWE, Cyril Douglas January 26, 1944 - January 5,2014 Passed peacefully on Sunday, January 05, 2014, after courageously facing health Challenges for many years, Cyril Douglas Dawe. Predeceased by his parents, Harold And Florence Dawe, by sister Audrey Downey, Jean Chubbs, Gloria Baird and Judith Dawe; by brothers Nelson and Sidney; and by precious grandson, Matthew. Left with loving memories his loving partner Jenny Ezekiel (Harbour Main); children: Veta Whealan (Steve), Leslie (Rena), and Jason (Suzetta) and their mother Marilyn; Precious grandchildren: Brady and Kelly Grace; and Sidney and Noah and their mother Pam; step children: Michael, Donny (Sarah) and their daughter Lauren; and Keren. Brother: Edward (Kaye), Ivan (Darlene); sister: Barn Smith (Jim) and Debbie Kelly (Gordon); sister-in-law, Gladys Dawe, and brother-in-law, Allister Baird and Alvin Chubbs. He will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends of the Dawe, Ezekiel and Buckle Families. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the Dialysis Unit at the Health Science Centre. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Conception Bay South, on Monday, January 6, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Tuesday, January 7, 2014, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, January 8 at 2:00 pm at St. Peters Anglican Church in Upper Gullies. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Upper Gullies.
